We have worked with Linden Homes since having carried out their brand unification project. So starting to work with them on a development level branding projects was a natural progression. Their development in Frimley was a classic mix of new build houses and the refurbishment of an old hospital.
Our concept for the brand was to reflect the local heathland surroundings and contour up a traditional and rural feel which invoked the nature of the new homes that were being created as well as the neighbouring countryside. Right from the conception of the name “Heathlands” to the carefully chosen colour scheme and typefaces we tried to create a sense of nature, homeliness and open space that was inherent in the location and the homes.
The outputs from the work included the development name and identity, development concept brochure, individual home brochures, sales centre, touchscreen sales aids and promotional videos.
