Helping an iconic hair brand to improve its market position

In 2010, we won the TRESemmé brand globally in partnership with Mullen. The pitch-winning idea was “Chair-Worthy Hair,” which played to the brand’s professional hair care heritage and the feeling a woman gets when she leaves “the chair.” We worked on the new direction for the brand and its communication and then on adaptation in the UK and Europe.

We worked creatively in partnership with Mullen on several product launches. We then worked with our production partner, ICP, to adapt our TVCs and press campaigns for many different markets, such as Spain and the Nordics.

When Alberto Culver was bought by Unilever in 2011, we were retained as the agency. It was a testimony to the great work and relationships developed.
