Creating an engaging lead generation campaign for
Cardiffs’ largest residential
building program
Cardiff Living is a partnership between Cardiff Council and Wates to deliver 1,500 new homes across several developments in the area. We created a campaign to raise overall awareness of the project and drive visitor traffic.

The core brand identity was designed to support the creation of sub-brands so that different developments could be marketed alongside each other.
We created a responsive website as the central hub of our communications activity and managed all content and news feeds to ensure that the site provides a rich user experience and scores well for SEO.
We set up and managed the social media channels running an ongoing content program that integrates with other activities to support promotional campaigns and lead generation.
In 2023 we created “Cardiff Living is…” an awareness campaign to run across multiple channels including TV, transport and outdoor, digital news and social media and search.
We created a responsive website with full SEO support and social media feeds to ensure content is always up to date.
