Brand name, identity and launch communications for a new homes builder with a difference

Born out the senior  management team from a long established new homes developer, Neulive wanted to shake off the traditional norms of the new homes industry and create a new approach, placing sustainability and responsibility at the heart of their operations.

We were tasked with creating a new brand name, manifesto and identity, and seeing this through to launch and promotion.

In addition to this we created the brand identity for their first development at Witley in Surrey.

We created a responsive website with full SEO support and social media feeds to ensure content is always up to date.

In addition to the core brand identity, we created the sub-identity for their first development at Witley in Surrey. This was designed to integrate seamlessly with the parent identity to create one cohesive brand expression.
